I have really bad problem..

    My site www.bollyheat.com, I added mod_rewrite to make urls as short url, ending with *.html, now I got some biggggggggggg problem, downloads are not accessable becuase when a registered user tries to access downloads he gets logged out and hence cannot access it, this might be due to session problem, please help me and also I have a coppermine gallery for postnuke i.e PnCPG module installed when i access it separatly it opens without any problem but when I access it from modules[menu called the module using {} as it was mention in readme.txt] it says redirection limit for this url has exceeded? any help please?
