I noticed that my Google traffic has dropped since about a 6 months. Although my site is still indexed with PR 2, I wanted to see if my site has experienced a Google penalty. My site no longer comes up for key words that it uses to rank. Is there anyone from Google that you can contact to figure out the cause the recent poor rankings or are webmasters on their own?

My site's URL (web address) is: swimwear360(dot)com

You need to spend time figuring it out yourself (or pay someone). There are a lot of discussions about this already. You should write about what SEO/backlink strategies you used. It looks like a pretty severe penalty, so I'm guessing some Black Hat tactics were used (paid links, paid blog post networks, link wheels, etc).
