I have questions about affiliate programs?

    Hi everyone in DP;

    I have a good website in french language about "FOREX" and most of users are from france.

    Can I get accepted in neverblue or other affiliate program with this site?

    If I register a domain now and translate my content from french to english in the new website (with new registered domain), Will I be accepted in never blue or such affiliate programs? {note: the new registered domain has no user}

    and my last question is:
    Is the number of unique users important for never blue or such programs or not?
