    Dear Friend's

Recently i have purchased a domain but at the time of registration i was not aware about the problem.
Actually that domain is already banned by the google, i know this thing when i created a home page and start waiting for the cache. After 10 to 15 days later i found google not crawled my page and showing below information in search result page -

    "
In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org.

    "

Now tell me what should i do? what's the solution to overcome this problem?
    what are the legal issue?

It was banned due to a copyright issue which means that the domain has no use now.

In my experience it's a hit you have to take. Yes it takes away from your popularity but in a case of getting DMCA complaints it may be a good thing in the long run :)

I don't believe you can do anything about it. Once it's banned it's banned..

I don't see how asking google to "unban" it could be a bad move.

You can ask, but I seriously doubt anything will happen.

    Wow, that really sucks... >_<
Is there any possible way you can explain that the domain is under a new owner, and whatever problems the original owner brought up, that it won't happen again?

If you purchased the domain through PayPal or any other form of online transferrals, try contacting their claims/disputes department to see if you can get your money refunded back to you as you weren't aware of the DMCA order against the domain upon purchase.

Well some people are saying contact Google. Some are saying, it's over with the domain. Well, you should contact Google then, if it is truly over, no harm in trying.

And I don't see why they wouldn't unban it.

Thats a good case to try and claim your money back. They would have sold it under false pretenses.

When you buy a domain, it has to be a working one.

Also they could have got you in trouble for using a copyrighted domain.

Well I hope you didnt pay much for that domain... first try Google Webmaster to overcome the banned issue and claim to PayPal about the issue as others mentioned and if no solution, buy a new domain and start from the beginning... and never buy a domain at least without checking it s PR and backlinks...

If it is "just" the big G that has banned your site and not your registrar then there should be chance to get it back in ...

Try for reinclusion, or, you may have a better chance with this:

    http://www.google.com/dmca.html

    See "Counter Notification" section ...

    Good Luck!

You can try to register in google webmasters service, there is a function to request a ban removal.
I have such issue with one my domain, done so, but several months passed and domain still banned.
So i think nothing you can do...
