I have problems with creating invoice

    I have cancelled my invoice, which I sent to buyer, after that having troubles with creating new one :

    If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

    But I have not received any email from PayPal, what should I do ? Can anyone help me please ?
