hey crush25, I have the same problem as well. I googled "Message 3004" and I think there's some problem with paypal for now.
i had the same problem but now its working fine... so i guess they did some maintenance on server or something like that...
Ya My one site also faced the problem while loading it's paypal payment module. PayPal was down. Now it is okay and working fine Yes It's just b'coz of the maintenance work...
