Okay so i wanted to ask you guys, because im pretty much newbie with Google, why my site doesn't show up when i hit the keywords.

    ~

My site name is News Two, and when i search for it ; doesn't show up the site at all.

I already added the URL, maybe 1 month ago...

And one more thing. For example when you search for popular site like BBC the first result is with sub-pages like:
    BBC Sport
    News Front Page
    iPlayer
    Weather
    Football page
    Business
    Children
    More results from bbc.co.uk »

~How can i make this happen to me, and i need tips for link-exchanging and increasing views on my site.

    My site's URL : http://www.newstwo.co.uk
    Hope you can help, thanks.

In short, you will need a lot more quality backlinks. Start regularly building backlinks using your target keywords as link anchor text. Be patient and keeping doing that. Then you should get rankings eventually.

If you don't understand my answer, you need to do some reading up on basic search engine optimization. You can't just go blindly into seo and expect rankings and traffic. There is a lot to learn and master. Nothing in my response was so advanced that anyone with basic seo knowledge wouldn't understand it. Find some good tutorials and research seo strategies as much as possible. Then once you are at least comfortable with basic terminology, then come back to forums like this for specific questions.
