I have Problem with my Ads Account ! Help me :(

    Hello guys!!
    Im new in this forum, i created new fanpage and i promoted it all time with one private method real like all USA, now it has 61 k :) but when i post links or anything maybe i have 200 visitors in my web about 20 clicks but my CTR is to high like.. what is the problem here, please if anyone help me i will do a favour for him too!

    Where you make fanpage? FB, Google+ , twitter or any others? Different Social webpage give different output? So mention first.
