    do seo for plr related keywords,find some good keywords... maybe there's not much competition for that "micro niche" of Internet Marketing...

    Submit ebooks since you probably have many to ebook directories, write articles about plr content and submit to article directories...

    consider starting a twitter account.
    search for people who mention something about needing content, building websites, looking for a writer.
    reply to them about your site and maybe offer 1 plr to anyone who goes to your site and signs up to be on your mailing list.

    SEO...but outsource it to a pro. PLR as a keyword will be so competitive but really rewarding if you get it working.
