Did you pay with an eCheck? Those typically take 3-4 days to go through on PayPal. If you didn't, are you certain you purchased premium membership? If you look at the transaction on your PayPal account, does it say "premium membership"? If you want me to look, I'd need the transaction ID.

That was for a username change, not premium membership... there is your problem (you didn't buy premium membership). I assume you didn't mean to buy that so I refunded it.
