What kind of value are you looking for? Domain name only? Domain name + site content? Something else?
yeah, what do you exactly mean by this? A domain name can't have a PR value. Maybe you mean the website corresponding to the domain name?
If you ask for my personal opinion, I believe this domain is worth no more than $10. Why? Because there is nothing special in this domain name and I can buy a new, "just another" domain name for less than $10. So you should try to convince me buying YOUR domain instead of registering a new one. PageRank? It's not important for me (while it could be important for other people). So everything depends on BUYER. For example, I sold domain g160.org in the past for $150. it had PR0 and was useless for me, but someone has found it's worth paying $150 for this domain.
You can judge a website's value via these elements including but perhaps not limited to:domain name(inculding how has it been registered...)ã€contentã€PR valueã€Pageviewã€imcome of the webisteã€daily maintenance the advantage and station in special field and etc... However, just from your domain name, we can't judge how it is worth. So I'm afraid you still need to provide more information.
