I have not received my Refund in PayPal on the Given Date...

    Hello DPers,
    I bought an item from a member for $175 and after few days the member said that his account has been limited. I verified that his account was limited. The seller asked me to file a dispute with PayPal so that i can get a refund. I did the same and PayPal esclated a claim and it said that the case will be decided in my favour on 21 July but it has been 22nd July and the case has still not been decided in my favour, though PayPal says that the case will automatically close on 21st July. Why is it happening?

    i think it will take another 12 to 24 hrs.Then it would be done.

    Ya, i think the same because there may be a time difference...altough the seller i bought from is reputed one....

    I keep my fingers crossed.

    Something similar happened to me but i had to contact them many times about my complaints and finally it was sorted. I hope this all gets sorted out for you, too! =D

    To get a refund, you need not file a claim/dispute.

    If the person who got ur money got his account limited, he can simply click refund and money would comeback to you.
