I have no option to wait

I have no option to wait till paypal resolve their issue because I tried 7 times to withdraw money through xoom but I got canceled within 3-5 minutes. I did all thing and nothing right with me.

 

Did you send it to your name i mean the paypal name and bank name should be same

even my transcation is getting cancelled now.. first one went well second onwards from the time i used coupon things arent going well with xoom

 

Dont use coupon and just proceed with it.

used coupon in 2 withdraws today, and both now in "partner processing" stage.

 

Did u appeal to xoom with the details of your of TXN before applying for a transfer again ?

 

i just tried it with paying fees too and same issue transaction canceled

 

you need to write to xoom to their appeals email, explaining all the details of the TXN and attaching necessary documents, i did the same and my transfer went thru,

 

xoom has some limitations and somehow it is not allowing everyone to transact...

Try to find patterns in canceled transaction

I sent them everything, from my passport copy to paypal account statement to bank statement, and asked them that why my TXN should be cancelled and they replied me back saying "submit it again" i did and it went thru,

 

how much amount u tried ? i think there is some limitation of limits

 

I Tried of only 250$ and when i emailed they say "Unfortunately, we have refunded this transaction, as the intended money transfer has been identified as Intra-India, and the indicated disbursement is not permissible by Indian law."

 

any more information. I am trying to contact simple dialing 18001801233 from my mobile and its not working.

Is your name and address as appearing on your Paypal account matching exactly with that on you bank account?

Your transaction appears to have gone down with them as one Indian national transferring to another and hence the cancellation!

They do not allow India to India Payments...
