if adsense is not okay with the TS.. I might suggest to use buysellads you have the flexibilty to provide your adspace price per month, but buysellads will deduct 25% from your sold adspace.

Or you can try mixing adsense + buysellads + infolinks.

what is your url? alot of advertising options are not open to certain types of sites. Adsense is an obvious one; if you want specific advice, you should show the url, & any analytics.

In my opinion its best to filter a niche if you have one on your website and offer them a freebie with a ebook related to that niche instead of their email contact .If you have 500000 visits and lets say your optin page converts at 10% you get 50 000 email per day .This can be a fortune making so fast

I'd have to go with adsense unless you say waht the niche is so we can narrow it down based on the region the traffic is coming from.
