If you are not able to make your own site and attract good traffic then better you start with some good traffic website like one in my signature (50/50). I had the same case like you have. I started writing on this site and started geting few clicks. Thereby average I could manage 10$ per day. You can give a try. No obligation.

You have all duplicate contents, you won't make a cent having these kinds of content.

My suggestion to you after having a year with no revenue is......

Get out of internet marketing, find something you can do and sell your site so at least you make a few bucks

I think a good way to start out is by writing on hubpages like jim.sheng said. hubpages is a page rank 5 website it wont be difficult to rank on the search engines but you have to stay away from high competition, unless you can endorse your hubpage with quality backlinks.

Another good way is to purchase micro niche finder, it will find you good keywords with high demand but low competition so you can rank easy on that using your hubpage, or squidoo but they take 50% of the adsense earnings lol.

For one thing, your site is Mambo/Joomla and you are not using the OpenSEF component which will improve your SEO by creating search engine-friendly page URLs and page titles. You have very little content and there's more space dedicated to Adsense ads than content. Ad blocks are in terrible positions on some pages.

I suggest you work on the site to create more and better content, fewer ads, better ad placement, and get more traffic. If people can't find you in search engine results, and you don't have backlinks, and you have content that's available many other places on the web, then you won't get much traffic. And you won't make much if any money with Adsense.

Good thing that you haven't clicked on your own ads yet, don't do it.
Try to get more visitors to your site. If you can get at least 100 unique visitors a day, you can make some cents to a dollar /day.
Visitors from search engines like Yahoo, Google, ... are best.
People here will tell you how to get your site rank high in search engines.
