I have quite a few essays and science assignements.

Top quality science content, at degree level and im wondering how i can use this too my advantage

These are between 3500 and 12000 words long, fully referenced first class essays.

I would put them on my blog, but becuase they are too long and my readers will lose intrest i dont see how I could make much use from them. Thanks

I would like to make eithier money from them. Or a more likely scenario some high quality backlinks from them.

    Any idea how?

some say the links you gain from article submissions are not worth it if you comare to the benefit of having good unique content on our site.

I say, make multiple post on your blog from each 12000 words essay you have. Each giving them a good keywords rich title so post can be indexed and reference.

As for making money, you could your sell your in multiple small 500 words articles, but then your content wont be unique and you will gain little benefit from using them on your own site.

Organize them and put them on your site in a separate index rather than posting them to your blog. Then every now and again when you blog you can reference specific articles for more information. Of course your index of articles should contain a link to your blog for "new information" on the topic.

If you want back links then write smaller versions of the articles that pass a duplicate content filter and submit them to article directories with a link back to your blog or the original article.
