It is true that there are so many scammer in DP. I have lost around $525 from two DP sammer One of them is $48 Adsense website, another is the so called "Make $125 Per Month " Unfortunately, I am the victim of these two scam cases Therefore I now want to remind all of you. A typical scam Featuring the following properties: -The offer is extremely attractive. -The scammer is active in replying to everyone from the very beginning. -The scammer pretend to be a helpful guy -After the sales saturated, the scammer go away with all our money. -You will not make money as a result. Do you have any experience in scam ?
I'm so sorry for your loss, everybody here on DP learns this lesson hard way. Always to remember to trade with members with good Itrades, and big post count.
hey mate, sorry for your loss. as the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is. you really need to be careful and take into account the persons post count, and how good their itrader reports is because you never know who is out to fuck you over these days. people really dont care about ripping other people off and its getting worse. something that really annoys me. just be careful in the future mate and do a bit of investigating before parting with your money.
Also, try to make sure that they have a legitimate business website. It isn't always true that if they have a business website they are legitimate, but it can be a helpful indicator if it appears they've invested time and effort into it.
I second that. Most of the scammers offers a very attractive deals and after getting money they simply go off.
Getting scammed sucks and I've been scammed many times on DP. Try not to deal with people who are new unless you have some safe feeling or you are on safe side. You paid them via PayPal? if so then I'm sure you've tried chargeback , what was PayPal's response??
Good luck. I have been scammed in the past but it sucks. Fortunately for me, that person scammed enough people to take corrective action and he ended up being reprimanded.
Sorry about that. There's been plenty of times where a lot of the people that have hired me have tried to scam me (although none from DP). Although I do the second and third statements you wrote, but I don't pretend to be helpful. Some of us really just want to be nice and helpful. As the old saying goes, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is." Or something like that.
thats strange $525 is not a small amount, you must have tried with 1 site and then paid for more, i guess he has minimum of $2 there.
I would suggest ignoring post count, and go for sellers with a few green-blobs and a few dozen positive itraders...
Oh man,i feel very sorry for your 525 bucks,it is really a huge loss! From next time becareful and deal with trustful persons only. Yes i have been scammed also. I provided few articles to one of my client and he took the articles and fled away and never paid for it! I lost 143 bucks in that deal
There are real deals too. Once I offered on this forum and never got a bad feedback. My customers are still earning. It just all comes down to not getting involved to `too good to be true` deals. At that time, people were complaining my price was too high and that claycomm guy's prices were a lot better See the difference. note: don't pm me or something because I don't offer the service anymore.
