I have PPC accounts from most companies including looksmart, genieknows, search123, searchfeed, epilot, etc, any ideas on how to make the best of it? (PM me if necessary).

I have'nt had NOT had any success with search123 or searchfeed. I get inexpensive traffic, but it does not convert (.i.e very low ctr)

peacklick.com pays good. but they are very strict about the quality of the traffic.

I can tell you the searchfeed.com is nothing but bots and spiders.

I started the same campagn with the same keywords at searchfeed.com and 7search.com at the same time.
I come back some 10 hours later (a man has to sleep...) and i find that my searchfeed.com account is EMPTY... at first i thought WOW what great news... must be tons of visitors, must be tons of sales.

Searchfeed 0/341. 341 clicks, ~$25 in PPC traffic costs... ZERO sales.
    7search.com 3/31. 31 clicks, ~$3.50 in PPC traffic costs.... 3 sales all over $100

The thing that really makes it obvious is that searchfeed managed to send me more traffic than my natural, unpaid Front Page (#3 - #5) SERP listing in GOOGLE.... (which by the way converts at around 1/20 on average)

My product is very very targetted, my campaigns were very very targeted, the keywords were very very targeted. Searchfeed.com is a total scam, nothing but rubbish fake clicks.
