Hi all, After extensive research, I came up with list of keywords-rich domain names. These are from medical, finance and Tech niches. Is ti good to buy them and sell them later? what good use I can make of them?
Well actually we can't say anything without seeing those domains but in this situation you can't tell us either. If by keyword-rich you mean long and weird domains which has that keyword in it, I don't think you can sell them without developing. You can create blogs or informational sites about every domain and you can add your OWN content and monetize it with adsense. You need to get a good position for those keywords at Google to make those domains worth buying by other people. But only buying to sell those domains without developing is not really a good investment unless you find a really good domain imho.
A lot of people buy domains and parking them and then sell. You muct be able to catch some expired domains with some traffic, or really good domains. Developing a website and then selling it is a good way to earn some money but it really depends hard
check them on adwords keywords..for searches..if they have good monthly volume is also great.. then work seo on them and get natural trafficthen sell it.
For now I have only domain names. It's good idea to develope them but I have shortage of time. It's really difficult for me to even find ppl expert in developing and promoting. Time constraints is the only issue I'm facing currently. Thanks all for their valuable suggestions!
You can try to flip them just by providing people with search stats and the like from trusted sources but don't expect to get an insane return. I would recommend developing them. If time constraints are annissue, then I wouldnttouh the domains, only if you plan to develop!
