Hey guys I run a tech blog where I don't consider SEO much because I believe content is king but after 350+ post I still don't get traffic I'm looking for. While reading about SEO, I heard keyword plays major role for SEO and traffic. I have collected list of these Keyword suggestion tool Now How to start with it? Please while replying do consider I have not much idea about this.. So explain from noob perspective... FYI:I use wordpress along with "All in one SEO tool" blog: www.shoutmeloud.com
Now that you have some keyword tools, you need to start compiling a keyword list. First brainstorm any possible target keywords. Then run those keywords through one or two of those tools and see which phrases get the most search volume. You won't get traffic if you are targeting terms that nobody searches for. I prefer to use the Google keyword tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal You'll need to pick several target keyword for each page of your website. Then you'll also want to build backlinks with those phrases as the link anchor text. Do some reading about keyword research and you should be able to find a pretty good tutorial.
@vansterdam So It means If I'm targeting keyword "torrent" I search it using https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal I should target keywords which have maximum search if I write an article on torrent I should try to include as many as keyword I can..?
It isn't necessarily about choosing the keywords witht the highest search volume. Those would likely be the most competitive keywords in that niche. So you may not be able to get good rankings for that keyword. You need to try to find lower volume keywords that you may still be able to get rankings and traffic from. Determining competitiveness can be a bit tricky. I recommend you use the seo for firefox addon. It will show you useful stats right in google search results...# of backlinks, PR, age, alexa rank, etc. You should also watch out for things like: number of homepages on page #1 and use of those keywords in domains/urls/titles. Since you say you aren't getting much traffic you will probably want to target many low volume keywords. You need a strong link profile to be able to rank for more competitive phrases. So choose 3 - 5 keywords to target for each page. Ideally those phrases would have overlapping keywords. Then get those keywords in prime page locations....title, url, headers, text, alt tags, etc. Don't try to include as many keywords as possible. Just try to write naturally and include those target keywords where it makes sense. Unless the keyword is very uncompetitive, you may still need to build some backlinks to get rankings. Homepage links will help your overall domain strength, but you will also want links to each post using the target keywords as link anchor text.

I have one more question Suppose for a perticular search term my search engine ranking is on 2nd page.. how i can improve it? and if one keyword is on first page of search result... What should I do to retain my rating?
Improving rankings mostly comes down to building quality backlinks with that specific link anchor text. Try some strategies such as article marketing, press release syndication, social bookmarking, blog commenting, forum signatures, directory submission, etc. For example, with your DP signature you just use your domain name as link anchor text. Use that specific keyword as link anchor text and it may help you improve your rankings for that phrase. The same goes for retaining a ranking. You just need to ensure you still have more quality backlinks than your competitors. Ideally you would develop a schedule of regularly building more backlinks to go along with your existing content schedule. Then in time your domain will be strong enough to go after more competitive search terms. Plus it will be strong enough to automatically rank for any less competitive search terms that you target.

I feel like your personal seo servant today lol. Ok first problem I see on that page is that it does not have unique meta tags. It is quite important to make sure that each page of your blog has unique meta tags. Other than that, your page looks fine. There isn't much more you can do onpage to improve rankings. Instead you'll have to work at building more backlinks to that page. Backlinks count for more than pretty much anything else in search engine algorithms. In particular try to get a bunch of backlinks from pages that have googlemail, gmail or e-mail in the url or page title. Those kinds of relevant links count for more.
