I have incompetent programmers.

The website is done, but they take too long and it's really demoralizing me. They take like 2 weeks, just to upload the site to the server.

What should I do, is this normal when you hire Indian companies?

At least you have learned your lesson - dont do business with indians.

 

But not all Indians are like that. You should checked first their itrader history before you hired them.
Btw you can ask for a rebate, maybe 20% to 50% of the payment. It depends on the contract of your required completion day.

 

Yeah! Before doing any business deal assure first that specific member holds good reputation in past it not happens with Indians! it happens for some other also

Pay them 50% or less or more but not whole if it is not upto your agreement..

 

If your programmer do not finish the job properly, why not just find a new one?
