I have incompetent programmers.

    The website is done, but they take too long and it's really demoralizing me. They take like 2 weeks, just to upload the site to the server. :(

    What should I do, is this normal when you hire Indian companies?

    But not all Indians are like that. You should checked first their itrader history before you hired them.
    Btw you can ask for a rebate, maybe 20% to 50% of the payment. It depends on the contract of your required completion day.

    Yeah! Before doing any business deal assure first that specific member holds good reputation in past :) it not happens with Indians! it happens for some other also

    Lol, Joker.. Are you sure it is not an Indian with no Knowledge???
    Pay them 50% or less or more but not whole if it is not upto your agreement..
