    Well, I was advising a guy on how to build his website. I mean, I don't know web development, coding or design. I mean I have Ideas on what topics to create websites and how to make that website interesting. So, I thought, Is there anything like a job for those who have creative ideas. Just ideas. Not coding or design skills.

    Your comments would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    get some money and hire people to develop the sites for you or partner up with a developer you trust

    No. I think you got me wrong. I dont want to build websites myself. I want to sell my ideas and concepts of websites to others..Is there any scope for this??

    well the reason why I'm giving you this advice is that it will be easier for you to sell a existing website then just an idea and you might make a bit more money

    What Sensei mentioned (my opinion) is the best option. Although, if you can't do that, then you can create a massive Business Plan which you can then sell to a serious buyer (you will probably also need to show a 'demo' of your business plan just to get people interested, otherwise, if you let them view the whole business plan before paying, then you've lost it). The Business Plan would need to be very detailed and worth the person buying it, area's such as Finance and Marketing would need to be focused on mostly.

    With this, you may need some connections to get started of people who are ready to invest to purchase your business plan and put it to action.

    I think it doesn't even have to be massive; just a business plan with the basic ingredients;

    - plan
    - execution
    - monetization
    - TCO/ROI reports
    - Exit strategy

    and then selling your plans only showing the upward potential (TCO/ROI overviews and a selected part of the Exit) would work. I'd buy :)

    I hate to say this but ideas are useless without execution.

    That's unless you have a track record of ideas that return financial value.

    Any random scrub can come up with ideas. It takes a real person to implement and execute.
