Can you define "huge traffic"? That can mean a lot. What's the perspective here?

 

What you can do is, emotionally analyse what are all the feminist things you can sell. Of course not 100% of your visitors maybe feminist, but you can start with Jewels, Makeup, Clothing etc using Amazon affiliates. You can also take up a poll as to what are the most women centric and attracted things that women prefer, the highest vote goes into your Amazon affiliate.

Since you don't want to sell anything but want to monetize, I'd use all of the following:

1. Put PPC ads in your site, such as Google Adwords. The ad network will match to content to your site and visitors, and every time a visitor clicks you get paid.
2. Present CPA offers from networks such as maxbounty and neverblue. Many CPA offers are tailored mostly to female customers (for example free weight loss demo offers etc.) Choose right and you can look good to your visitors (you're giving them freebies) and profit (when they submit their email or order the freebie)
3. Make sure to place an opt-in form in your site. Probably also offer a free download with it. Once you capture leads you can sell to your visitors again and again and again…
