I have hit a wall at 50 uniques/day

I have had this blog up for about 2 months. I have been buiding links, written 4 articles, 3 wikihows, around 100 yahoo answers questions answered. I have been using stumbleupon and del.icio.ous to try to booster some traffic along with blog directories and feed directories.

At this point I seem to have hit a wall. I am averaging 50 uniques a day, 1.5 P/V, and average time spent of around 3.5 minutes on site. Source of information is google analytics. I could use a little help in getting to the next level.

Should I pay for some links?
Should I take the site off blogger and host it with someone else?
    Complete Redesign?

    Any help will be appreciated.

I would grab your own domain and host it yourself.

You have hit a wall and there is only so much you can do on someone else's domain.

Some people that come across it might see that it is a blogspot blog and just exit. Also, what happens if someone comes to your blog and likes it, but doesn't bookmark it?

How do they find it again? Are they likely to remember the url?

My suggestions, especially if you are serious about actively promoting this:
    • Get your own domain and host it yourself
    • Focus a lot of effort on the top portion of your site and its branding. (Compelling logo to match your new domain)
    • Article marketing

Definately get your own domain.. or atleast set your blogger up to use a www.com instead of whatever.blogger.com
