I have got a blog, yayyyyyyyyyy :)

    I was sitting free in my office and was wondering that why not I should make a blog too. So I started working on it and here is my blog ready

    I choose the username "SmartPixels" because it is relevant to my website www.SmartPixels.net

    Now I can give a link to my blog from my website and hopefully it will give me some more clients.

    good..but yu seem a pro designer..why not include a blog to the main site..or a new domain...why did u choose my opera....you should have got new domain for blog..or a subdomain of existing domains..

    Actually I am used to of this my.opera.com because I used to have a blog there which I closed for some reasons.

    If I make a blog under my domain like www.smartpixels.net/blog then what software will I have to install? wordpress?

    This my.opera.com is really very easy and the community there is very very big.

    This blog has a bright future I think. Just an idea - you could create a portfolio and tutorial page. You could also start streaming videos where you could be explaining how things are done. This could drive you loads of traffic, because of the blogs nature. You could be the 1st to give the visitors tips by streaming videos. What do you think about that? Could you do that? I think this would make you different from the other bloggers that write about design.

    Why don't you drop a WordPress blog on a subdomain? blog.smartpixels.com.
    WP is easy to install and great to use - also a very nice promo tool for your main site, especially if it's on the same domain.

    Anyway... I like your designs :)

    Yes, I will post tutorials there to make it more useful for graphics related people. I have planned so many things for my blog.

    I will try to install it and see how it is looking. I think its good to have a blog with my own domain like blog.smartpixels.net or smartpixels.net/blog

    Only wordpress can be used for making blogs? is there any other software for blogs?
