I have Google Adword Accout Ads is not Running

I have google adword account i deposited 100$ at this account and i make a compeign but that is not running what i do ? My Adword balance is $100. ANy one can help?

 

If this is a new account, your account will be reviewed before the ads start showing. You should wait for 2-3 days then drop a note to Adwords support from your account.

 

or maybe your minimum bid for the ads is too low.

 

i have account that my ads aprroved, but not running.. Then i email google and ask why, and the other day google reply me and my ads running.
I think if you use coupon and vcc, google will not running your ads, until you email them, tell that the account and vcc is mine
