add one slider image ad to attract the visitors, page stuffed with text only doesn't seem good. Try changing the ads slot. add an image ad parallel to you logo. add google search + some link unit ads.
Check you source code for an injection or something causing slow loading pages. I'm not going to your site if its slow or has malware.
Well for one you want to toss out the beginning part that tells your readers what adsense is. Google may look at that as an incentive to get people to click and term your account. On top of that the English grammar is pretty bad. Nor in my right mind would I trust such a looking site to actually look for a job? Kind of confused on what your sites really even about?
