I have found PR4 DoFOllow blogs ... they are moderated and accepting comments but it seems they are not exploited yet, which I'm sure will change after this post. Remember, quality commenting is the best, don't ruin it for all of us....! http://www.qandak.com Enjoy my contribution!

its not a dofollow blog + the internal pages dont has any pr, so I am not sure how much it will help for seo
You may as well have said, "I have found a PR4 dofollow blog, please spam it". Some people show no constraint, which is why the vast majority of blogs are nofollow or have switched to nofollow.
I think i have a list of 50 PR8-9 Dofollow blogs but i don't bother to comment on them as the link value is not much in eyes of search engines + the links can become nofollow anytime.
Nice try to get a little traffic maybe, huh? Your so by yourself recommended blog is NOFOLLOW. Install keywordluv plugin or at least remove the nofollow tag, spend some time and moderate it and control spamming and you will get all the quality comments AND traffic you are looking for.
