I have found a huge niche and i dont know where to start

Hello I need a bit of advice from some of the successful dp members

My first project (paypal-poker.info) was a disaster because I knew nothing about how to handle a project (seo, link building, ect), long story short within 2 months of me putting paypal-poker.info online loads of paypal poker sites started popping up and wiped me out.

I have found a new niche which I know will be a big earner but i dont know where to start

I have baught the domains (.net, .org, .co.uk, .com,)
I have enough knowledge of php and mysql to build the site and I now know a little about link building

I am scared of hiring logo designers, web designers and seo experts ect ect as i dont want my idea to be stolen before i can finish it

Can anyone suggest how to handle this problem?

    Thanks Tommy

hmm thats a difficult one, u could try finding a reputable designer on here. otherwise u could try making design's yourself.

Good luck with what ever u do tho :)

well, first of all finish your website, then start link-building. buy directory submitter, and get your websites in as many directories as you can [there are more than 2000 directories there]. after that try to get your website in few social bookmarking websites, and try to advertise for it in as many forums [forum signatures, no spammy threads] as you can [you can also hire another guy for this job]. after this will be over, you'll probably get a decent position for your top keywords on Google if you're niche is sooo huge.

First off, no offense, but hopefully you have a good domain(s) b/c paypal-poker.info is/was a bad one.

Anyway, if you can code it, go ahead and start on that. Put if on a subdomain of one of your websites for testing purposes so that nobody else can see it. Hiring a designer is probably a good idea since you want it to look good.
For hiring a designer, what I would do is hire a Freelancer to do it, though you will be paying a lot more than you would from say here.

I really would like to help you out on getting started but I understand that you cannot risk having the idea stolen. My PM box is always open though. Good luck!

Do the basic homework of how do you want to go about it and then hire somoeone who is very reputed over here. Taking the help of the right people should ensure that your idea would remain to be yours.

Poker Deposit Options? If you are in the U.S. Most poker sites are taking direct credit card transfers now so it kinda bypasses the need for the old programs that where done away with with the Legislation like firepay, netteller etc..

Poker is a flooded market these days, I had a site for awhile, but its hard to really do much with it..

USA is not the only country that has poker players !

Lets say you are a poker player and you have some cash in your paypal account

You most likely would search for paypal poker?, neteller poker, moneybookers poker ect ect

    Thats where pokerdepositoptions.com makes money

There's always a way of making money from online gambling it has been my most successful market and I am only 18

Also this thread is not about pokerdepositopitons.com

Make your designers sign/fax NDA's ( non-disclosure agreements, legally binding contact... search google for templates ) and pay them more for quality work and their time.

Hire designers from staff leasing companies. The designers they will give to you will sign a non-compete agreement. Making your ideas and business secrets safe. Also they will work for you for full time.
