    I also get great CTR using adsense pro ultimate wordpress theme. I have it on couple of sites and make around 4-5K per month! :)

    I agree, Adsense is my primary income generator. You need to make sure that you are constantly stay abreast of the policies that Google comes out with.

    I would remove adsense right away because soon your website will be banned from Google and adsense. I guess you know what I mean by that - backlinks

    Your ads are well placed and visible. Almost looks as though its part of the template's menu but not blatant enough that google would ban your site

    Actually everyone can do that. He has 2 banner ads and 2 link units which is allowed. You can put 3 banner ads max and one link unit and Google custom search on top of that.
