How long have you moved your website to another server?

I advice you to keep the link building process up. The pages where you have already built the links might have expired. And google has also updated the PR recently. It might do the next update for PR in next 3 to 4 months

I also had a drop. My site was initially a 1 and went down to a zero. Not a big deal, as it was just a blog site I started working on, but a drop is a drop.

Maybe, you sell link with dofollow. Have you done any paid post recently? Google closely smell on sites that giving dofollow links on paid posts.

May be you are no doing proper link building or you have unfortunately done spamming for your site thats why your site PR and SERPs has been dropped.

Hmmm, are you SURE you are checking EXACTLY the same url?

You haven't fogotten to add any .htaccess file entries that you had on the old server have you? Checking with or without the www. and also with and without a / on the end maybe?
