Depends on the market. If your site is about a valuable market (like notebooks) then you can definitly sell ads or affiliate space.

Depending on your niche, Adsense has enough inventory to show. It should be filled by Ads from china.
What kind of traffic? Cars? Trucks? Airplanes? I'll assume cars, as China is loaded with them. You can consider and ponder all you want, not much will happen that way. Although considering the nature of traffic and traffic patterns could get you into a zen-like trance eventually. Sure. Learn english. Coming to a site like this with broken english is just going to get you stupid answers like what I've posted. With all the cars you've got coming and the resulting traffic, parking might be viable. Parking garages in north america make a killing when you've got enough people parking, and with 20k cars/day you can fill several parking lots.
Domain parking isn't going to make you any money. You need to identify what these targeted visitors are looking for and then either find a way to provide that content and/or sell advertising to other sites that provide that content.
Domain parking would be the worst decision. A CPM network would probably work best for you but this highly depends on what kind of site you're running and why 20K people a day are directly coming to your site.
