    dude, if i would be you, i would atleast take the email seriously and see if i m violating any internet policies. I aint acting like a cat(synonym), but better be safe.

    and people make errors, not enough reason to think its fake

    It is generally not advisable to use others brandnames for your business. But if you are not using their brandname and are still getting threats from them, you can inform them about this.

    LOl, that email was total B.S

    Frist of all, "The biggest Media Group in India" Would have a proper legal team using legal terms and something along the lines of knowing how to spell correctly. The email just seems to talk itself up "Biggest Media Group in India" Geeez. give me a break.

    Who ever wrote this email is an utter fool/idiot who doesn't know how to spell or use spell check.

    Im going back to bed... ZZZzzz

    Mohy nailed it...the issue is not one of spelling, but of jurisdiction. The Times of India has trademark rights in India. They do not have trademark rights in the US unless they use their trademark and sell product in the US.
