Hi everybody, I am feeling very sad guys, I don't know what to do. I am feeling so bad and hurt, that I just want to shoot myself. I paid my hard earned money, which I saved for my treatment, I paid to a guy here in DP, he said he will make me a site and it will earn good from Adsense, and if it doesn't he will refund my money back. So I paid him my $150 instead of spending it on my treatment, and he just scammed me. The site did nothing, it didn't even made a $1! And when I am asking him for refund through emails, he is just not replying mails, or he makes excuses he is out of town, blah, blah. I am suffering from pain which needs to be treated, but I just gave this money to the scammer in good faith, that it will return in a good amount, and I will get myself treated a bit more well. But my bad luck. I pray to God, that he never lives in peace, he should loose all his money, peace, food, everything, and comes to the road, and nobody should even give away a penny to him. He should get ruined totally for the pain I am suffering due to the money I lost. Admins, mods, if its a wrong thread, please tell me where to post it correctly, cause today I am very depressed, and I can hardly figure out. Thanks fellows for reading it.
i think when you buy a new adsense ready site it takes time for traffic to come. For $150 i would have expected the site to earn $15 or more per month -> it sounds like you couldnt wait 10 months to get a return on investment. Keep in mind that the min payout level in adsense is $150. ive got sites that have been running for over a year, and combined earnings from all sites were 4c, 24c and 5cents in the last 3 months. (and the last 3 months were the highest for the year), so to instantly earn from adsense is not a realistic expectation. I prefer to aim for a site that i want, in a niche that i like and support and not focus on money (or think of the costs i continue to pay monthly for improving and hosting of the sites) Right now you have the site, you have nothing to loose if you try to start promoting the site yourself. In the very least put a link to your site in your signature, that would be a way to start trying to generate traffic to your site.
If you are a 'web design guru' then why did you pay someone to design and set up a website for you? It seems that you have been rather naive in thinking someone will make an Adsense-ready website for you that will generate income straight away. You need to get your priorities in order, you spent money on this business venture that was meant to go on medicine to treat whatever illness you have and now you are in some discomfort from the pain. You should never put your health behind ANYTHING else.
