Maybe, maybe not. I do know that if you push that approach from the beginning, all you will do is tick off whoever you are dealing with at Registerfly. You want to get them on your side, not antagonise the staff you hope will fix the problem for you.

Definetly agree with that ---- After is changes hands, it should automatically come out of the market place.....

How they don't have that already set up, is way far and beyond me..... Glad I do not have any names there and they won't see my profolio moving their way any time soon....

This is exactly why they should be on top of things like this....
Now I will never buy a name there for any reason.....

    Unbelieveable....

Sorry to hear of your loss west.....

I'm not one to be at the center of difficulties!

I know what it's like to lose a domain, especially in a mix-up like this. I lost nathananderson.com way back when networksolutions.com was the only domain game in town. Someone backordered it, and they took it from me on the day of expiration! (no grace period, nothing!).

The new owner of the domain was not at all willing to negotiate... and it still stings to this day.

To whomever the domain rightfully should go, I'll accommodate.

Hey now! I didn't say it was illegal or anything... or that I had no blame in the issue... Just saying I know how much it hurts!

Seriously, if it means a lot to one of the affected parties, I'll give this domain up. Just email me at nathan@metawebs.com.
