I have been denied an Adsense Account. Please Help!

I have tried to sign up to Google Adsense to try and Monetize my site but they have denied me.

Please help me out. This is the message they have sent me:

"Difficult site navigation: While reviewing www.bestside-tablelamps.com, we
found that your site was down. Google ads may not be published on a site
that is not fully launched, functioning, or easily navigable. Once your
site is functioning and has enough content for our specialists to review,
we will be happy to reconsider your application. If there is a typo in the
URL submitted, you can resubmit your application with the correct site by
following the directions below."

 

Your site is not opening at all. Move to a better hosting company and reapply.

Maybe you type ur domain wrong when you register Adsense.
