No, I will not pay you to click your own ads. ;)

Check these programs out, there are many networks available if you research PPC programs.

    Good luck.

    Hi,
I have just joined Adsense for my site www.AroundDelhi.com , the problem is that I have over 10 employs that us my DSL connection and frequently use the site to give information to clients. What happens if they inadventantly click on these ads, though I have instructed about not clicking these ads. Does one wrong click finishes it all or are they more generous.

Then you are doing a HORRIBLE job of marketing, because all of the people who like to click on their own ads have been in Adsense.

You need to recruit them and take them away.

Yes, they will definitely ban you if you even click one single time on your ads. In no way, under no circumstances, on no day of the year should you ever ever ever ever ever click on your own ads, or have your own employees click on any ads. :p

I don't see how your employees can inadvertantly click on ads. Best option would be to disable javascript on your computers so they can't click on the ads.

Obviously I missed something because the progression of this thread makes it look like Fryman bumped a thread from 6 weeks ago.. And I know he didn't do it so what happened.
