Only Solution from personal Experience: 1. Get a bank Account on the name of the Account holders name on the Paypal. 2. Initiate Transfer. 3. Receive money and party hard! TRUST ME THIS IS THE ONLY SOLUTION. I GOT MY 1200$ AFTER 196 DAYS APP. P.S: opening a fake account can land u in trouble, opening another account in US is useless, Changing names or something like that does not work out well, trusting anyone else with payment issues is the worst thing u can do in ur life. so i guess only feasible option should be a bank account!
Just call them up and fight over it.. tell them you can send them any info they request and stuff like that.
You have to add a bank account. Just go to the RBI site and you'll get all the info you need to fill in Paypal.
I would think the easiest way is to add your own bank account to paypal, and open one if you don't have one already because it does make things easier. If thats what you have done already and are just confused about the routing number and other things it may ask you just give your bank a call and they will supply you with all the information you need to open a paypal account thats what they did for me and only took about 2 minutes.
Have a relative that has the same last name as yours? You can transfer on his account then, the only thing that can't be actually change with PayPal is the last name, while the name can be changed so you can easily transfer funds by adding your relatives bank account informations and withdraw them there.
Your best bet is to transfer the funds into a friends Paypal account and have them transfer it out, then cut you a check or give you cash.
Where is your location. If US you should have bank account. If not , you still request a check. It's possible. Check it
i am from Pakistan and for verification i used an Indian doing any thing is useless because you tried a lot for withdrawal so know they ll reject your every appeal you have only 2 options one open an account in Indian bank and request check from PP or add CC DC yours or anyone's else by the way i hate your sig
First let me ask you why u hate my signature. And second thing its a US paypal account so i need US bank account not Indian.
You may try following things. Etrade account to get a USA bank account Payoneer virtual account if you have a payonner card with a lot of transactions Netspend prepaid card Try one of this. You may lucky. Good luck Blog.

sorry for that at first sigh i see that at one hand you are looking help for withdrawal funds in in second hand offering same thing in your sig but when i come to now its linkless i changed my mind so no more hate for your sig and you have another way to withdrawal you funds it may takes you some time but it ll work get payoneer card make at least 3 transactions with your partner site and then email to to request US virtual bank account as a beta tester they ll mail you details bank name routing number account number etc all you need enter them in paypal so they send you money that ll loaded to your payoneer card and then use it in any ATM machine first try this because its free or there are some US people selling US bank slots so buy from them most sell slots $30 to $100
After more than 1 year i have managed to withdraw money from my PayPal. I have added US bank account of my friend in US with totally diffrent name and the transaction was sucessful. Bank is Bank Of America. So in my case name on PP acc and bank acc. didnt match and it worked out!
