Well, you have lots of keywords in your first page, this is really bad for search engines like google. Do a search on google with "keyword limit seo" query. And your website is bit dark, I don't think it is good. And to build links you can submit articles, advertise, forum posting, directory submission etc. Read this article and search this forum.

You must provide TOS and Privacy policy documents too. And copy right statement is hidden because of tool bar. try adding <br/> so it will be visible.
