I have an idea, please comment!

Here is something Ive been thinking about.

    - Find the highest paying adsense keywords (all related, i.e. lawyers)
    - write 10 articles about these keywords
    - put these 10 articles on a small site with adsense
    - send these same 10 articles to every article directory on the web with a backlink to your small site's home page

Assume you get 1000 clicks back to your site for each article written. Thats 10,000 visits to your small website. Suppose you get a 1-2% CTR with each click getting you $2-$10. That could be $1000 from writing just 10 articles. The whole process could be only a one or two day job.

    Please comment/post flaws.

I have submitted articles to 300+ directories and received less than 50 direct clicks, so I don't think 1000 is realistic. Article submission is useful for getting links to get your site ranked well, but with a duplicate content site I don't think you'd get much search engine traffic either.

I would agree. 1000 direct clicks per article is totally over optimistic.

I think article directories doesnt give you good clicks back.. its of no use for submitting to article directories just they count as back links sometimes but no one read and click on link of article directories's article

btu u can give a try

Hmm. I didnt know that there was such bad click rates when you put a link in an article. Maybe I will try this with just a couple articles and see what happens. All I have to lose is time, and im 17 so I have plenty of that left.

Give it a shot. But as everyone else said, they don't offer many clicks to your site. I've maybe recieved 1 or 2 clicks to my sites, and I believe they may have been on accident.

Just look for mesothelioma. It's been done so many times before. In fact most turnkey adsense sites you can buy are like that.

Is mesothelioma still paying that high? I am looking for words that earn at least a few dollars per click. Are there any words that pay over $5 anymore?

I really wouldn't know, since I don't play that game but I believe that this whole concept has been tried too often.
I prefer to build a site that people like to come back to.
I have read posts from people (mainly at SP) that literally own hundreds of these sites and seem to be doing fairly well with that concept. I was merely pointing out that its nothing new, but I think it will work well.

Ok thanks. Basically I am looking to find a formula that will work for one site. Then I can make more using the same formula.

Well, everyone are looking for THE FORMULA but it is very hard to find it...
Your idea is not bad, but with such poor number of clicks you should write like 1000 articles on 20 websites... that could make some money... maybe ;)

That list makes absolutely no sense to me.
Why would "domains yahoo" be the highest paying keyword? Shouldn't it be domains instead? I think for "domains yahoo" there should be far less competition than for "domains"?

Something strikes me as fishy with this list.
But I have to admit I never put ads on my sites, so I don't know anything about how adsense works.

Would love to hear an explaination from the pros.
