I have an ACRU question?

    Are you counted an ebay ACRU if a person signs up for a new account and places a bid on an item and doesn't win the auction? After reading over and over again, I'm not sure if the person has to win the auction or not. Please clarify for me.

    yes. a person just needs to become "active", placing a bid will get you an ACRU.
