I have an AdSense account, its 3 years old, i didn't used it that much, but now i wanted to get into some niche i found and i want to put adsense on my site. The site is new, it gets 15-20 visitors / day.

If you already have an Adsense Account... then your new site doesn't need to be accepted... you can directly put in the ads on your site

If you have many unique content, you can add GA code into your website to earn, but please note google's TOS, I also have a website, the age is 4 months, I have a lot of impressions (about 1000) but few clicks, there are only 15-20 click per day, this is my problem, can anyone give me some advices, thanks.

It's OK. You start to exchange link with websites. Link building is the best way to promote any website.

Traffic doesn't matter. You can use adsense if the site adhere Adsense TOS.

If you have not used it for 3 years, then I would suggest you to first check out the details and information you had posted in your adsense account ;)

I think you should develop good content, increase traffic, then put Adsense code.

You can add banners at your new site freely. Just make sure to keep some standard for your content and layout of ads and it will not create any problem. People get their account blocked due to poor quality layout and content, don't make this mistake.
