You say that I should earn $10 eCPM while I currently earn $0.26 eCPM with already prominent ad placement. I seriously doubt any possible placement will increase eCPM 40x. And yeah, the $200 is based on an hourly rate, if you already know of a good placement that works well you could do it in 15 minutes and earn $200, $800/hour.
