For several days when I start windows, the following messages occur :

    1:The type
    of file system is NTFS

2:The volume name is old disk.

3:The entity of one of your disks needs to be verified.

4:You may cancel this verification, but its execution is highly recommended.
When I accept the verify,it hangs at some point, then nothing and I could not access to Windows.

5:I did a Windows repair, but detected no error.

    Can someone please
    me?.

Try a live CD such as Hirens and run some scans.

Clean(format) all the drives and re-establish OS with new partition. check your RAM too. ( First change RAM slot and restart PC, if same error are occur then do format ).

first I format the hard disk with low leval formatting

And i installed only the software that i needed rather then installing whole bunch of cd pouch!!

Now i am working fine with my PC,

Try inserting the xp disc and repair the pc first before formatting.

Go to run and type "MSCONFIG" where you disable the all startup applications which occurs when Windows start.

First of all insert XP repair CD, and try to repair your system, then restart your computer once. If this is also not working then go with format PC and readjust partition of your operating system.

I think New installation of xp would be the easy way to get rid out of this error.
