I have a website, but the design is awful?

The left menus are nice .
I suggest you set a 1px border to the html body.

 

You can get some designers here in DP who can create an amazing website for a minimal fee.

Try and get them to work on your site.

 

if i were you id save yourself some time and go for something that some very clever people have already done the work. Go check out wordpress/blogger/joomla or one of the other CMS out there.Good luck my friend !

 

Not terrible, but my advice, hire a designer for a simple design or something. Keep it simple and avoid smiley's patterned background for the most part etc.

 

I suggest a whole redesign of the site. I made up a little demo for you to give you a better idea.



Basically, I've never been a fan of the left navigation. You draw more attention if you put the links before the fold (the viewable part of the page when someone first enters your site)

I've changed the banner to something a little more professional. It should make the site a little more credible. Beyond that, everything is framed nicely so you don't have stuff floating all over the place.

I also changed the background out with something a little lighter. If I felt more creative, I would have done a nice neutral texture, but I didn't feel very creative.

It seemed that the part that states:

- No Credit Card < It's Free!
- No Purchasing!
- No Scams!
- No Spam!
- It's only 100% Real Stuff!
- No Shipping fees required!

was important, so I headlined it directly into the banner.
