wow look at mr big head braggin about his site. is there anyone else who doesnt really care? shall we all post our site stats on here and clog up the forum with random useless posts?

 

actually, 40,000 visitors per day would be about 1.2M pageviews if each visitor only looked at a single page.

maybe he started a site with 0 visitors, had something completely viral, and had large spikes (possible digg traffic for a few days) and just averaged down to 40k a day.

is it probable? no (especially with no proof).
is is possible? absolutely.

Maybe I missed something My interpretation of OPs post was that he was trying to encourage others by saying that it is possible to get a decent amount of traffic without having a Swiss bank account Or maybe I just woke up on the right side of the bed this morning?? Whatever the case, OP, if you're going to say you have "verifiable statistics for proof..." then why not share them??
