I think this is a stupid question but i want to know:
How do i setup google analystics in my Blogger (blogspot) ????

Please help .

Gotta admit that I agree ghyper. Google should have been your first stop. Was for me. And that's the person doing your requested handholding telling you that.

 

I have a smart answer for you. Hope this help, I have never tried it and I hope you can try

You go to Layout tab, next choose Page Elements, then click on Add a Gadget, then choose HTML/JavaScript, so now you switch to Google Analytics and copy the code, then paste on HTML/JavaScript of Blogger. Done !

 

first add your blog/site in google analytics and create code after that copy the code and go to your blogger layout setting click on add a gadget and find html & javascript and click on that paste to your code and track your blog performance.... enjoy your tracking....
