    Hi There,
I have just added a Simple Machines forum to my website and was wondering if there is a way to optimize it for the search engines?
I have a link to the forum on my landing page and the forum is in its own folder.

    Thanks for any replies.
    Paul

    Hi Everyone,
    Just to clarify my situation:

I am beta testing a new software that populates forums.

The SMF forum I created is being populated by yahoo answers and is very active, after two days of using the software my forum has 350 posts in 200 relevant to my keywords topics; and makes for interesting reading for visitor retention.

I am familiar with how I would SEO a web page, but don't see how I can SEO a forum; is there a way to SEO the forum?

    Thanks
    Paul
