I have a simple question about blogger since I just recently started my first blog. The question is, how do I check my traffic stats?

From what I know, you can't.

I've signed up with StatCounter to provide me the stats..
Alternatively, you can use Google Analytics...

Ya, though you can use counters or google stats for it.

I'm wondering the same thing. As far as I can see, you can't. So now I just rely on Google Adsense to keep track of stats.

I use adsense stats to that!
there are tools on the web too, just search a bit and you will find!

Hi,

as obenix says (kind of), you could use StatCounter. Just create a Project with your blog details, and copy and paste the code they give you into your template for blogger. Possibly in the <Head> section somewhere. It's what I use... (The invisible option)

I use sitemeter.com - place the code at the bottom of the sidebar template. Its free and gives some great stats.
