    You need the following details :

    * Server ftp address / ip
    * Username
    * Password

    Then visit online ftp service such as http://webftp.jbi.in or download a ftp client to perform transfer.

    - Unzip the files
    - Put your content in the provided template, using your html editor
    - Save your work
    - Open your FTP software
    - Upload the files into your html directory

    * I can help setup your sales page/site for a minimal fee, if you'd rather outsource the work to someone.

    Can you give us more information about your web hosting provider? For example you might not need to use FTP at all if you have cpanel. Go to the file manager, navigate to the folder where you want the sales page to exist, use the menu to add files to the folder, and once the ZIP file is on the web server you can use the "unzip" menu item to automatically open the compressed file. That is probably the easiest method.

    Others have already commented on how to uncompress the ZIP file locally, then use CuteFTP or similar program to upload files to your web hosting provider. One important point to keep in mind is the permission settings on the individual files. Please let us know what you are doing and what questions you have so we can reply back. Thanks.

    Hurry to buy a space to be FTP information, and then re-use FTP tool to upload your files, or IE.

    There are many tutorials available on the net about this basic procedure. You should search or google it.
